Welcome to Sajjad Ali Academy ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sajjad Ali Academy website, our software engineering courses, our suite of AI tools, and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, purchasing a course, subscribing to our tools, or otherwise accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must also maintain and promptly update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Sajjad Ali Academy offers single-user licenses for our courses and memberships. Sharing your account credentials, selling access to your account, or otherwise allowing third parties to use your account to access paid content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We utilize tracking mechanisms to detect unauthorized account sharing and reserve the right to instantly terminate accounts found to be in violation without a refund.

Sajjad Ali Academy provides high-quality software engineering and AI courses designed to enhance your technical skills. When you purchase a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This license does not give you any ownership rights in the educational content. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course content unless we give you explicit written permission to do so.

We strive to keep our course content up-to-date and relevant. However, the field of software engineering and artificial intelligence evolves rapidly. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our materials, we do not guarantee that the content will always reflect the absolute latest industry standards at any given moment. We may update, modify, or remove course content at our discretion to improve the learning experience or address outdated information.

Lifetime access, if offered for specific courses, refers to the lifetime of the course itself. If we decide to retire a course due to obsolescence or other factors, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice, but we are not obligated to maintain the course indefinitely.

In addition to courses, Sajjad Ali Academy offers proprietary AI tools and software designed to assist developers and students. These tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Your use of our AI tools is subject to acceptable use policies. You agree not to use our tools to generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of our tools. Any attempt to circumvent our security measures, rate limits, or usage quotas is strictly prohibited.

If you are utilizing our tools under a specific membership or subscription tier, your usage is limited to the parameters defined by that tier (e.g., API call limits, processing time quotas). Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or required upgrades to your account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our AI tools at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the tools.

All prices for courses, tools, and memberships are listed on our website and are subject to change. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

For subscription-based memberships (e.g., monthly or annual access to tools), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancellation preferences through your account dashboard.

If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms or suspend your access to the Services until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including legal fees, if we are required to pursue collection efforts.

We use industry-standard security measures and reputable third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. We do not directly store your full credit card numbers on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle payment data.

The Services, including but not limited to all course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, software, AI models, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Sajjad Ali Academy or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The name "Sajjad Ali Academy", the Sajjad Ali Academy logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sajjad Ali Academy or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

When you participate in our courses or use our tools, you may generate code, projects, or other content ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create. However, by submitting feedback, suggestions, or sharing projects publicly on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Stalk, harass, or harm another individual.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Services.
• Harvest or collect information about other users without their express consent.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor your use of the Services and to review any content you submit. We may remove any content or suspend any account that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SAJJAD ALI ACADEMY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SAJJAD ALI ACADEMY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SAJJAD ALI ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SAJJAD ALI ACADEMY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:

• THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;
• THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICES;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
• STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR
• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAJJAD ALI ACADEMY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sajjad Ali Academy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Services using your account.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sajjad Ali Academy is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated arbitration body in our jurisdiction. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration or claim under these Terms shall be joined to any other arbitration or claim, including any arbitration or claim involving any other current or former user of the Services, and no class arbitration proceedings shall be permitted.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

The failure of Sajjad Ali Academy to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sajjad Ali Academy.
